limited options rude staff
The room service options were VERY limited after certain hours. The restaurant staff seemed bothered by serving food. Management DID not apologize after I complained. I'm vegan and found very few options available. The hotel seemed unconcerned with providing alternatives.

helpful staff great food good facilities
The staff was great and very helpful. the food was great!!! spa facilities were very good too. i especially loved the spa. It really helped me relax after a day.
the hotel was expensive, i thought it would be a wonderful treat, however the bed was so hard i had to sleep on the sofa.

the breakfast was extensive, with many options available, i found the free bar in the room very useful, including drinks and snacks to enjoy at any time of day. the lounge was comfortable.

the room was equipped with a nespresso machine. each evening i received a mini toblerone, a nice touch. ski lockers were modern and easy to use, they provided convenient storage for equipment.
